BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Takis Klerides
Non-Executive Chairman for the Group
Takis is qualified as a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK, having completed the examinations in 1974. He is now a Fellow of ACCA and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPA). After working for 3 years in the UK and Greece he returned to Cyprus to join Metaxas Loizides Syrimis & Co - KPMG where he became a partner in 1981. He left KPMG in March 1999 when he was appointed Minister of Finance of the Republic of Cyprus, a post he held until February 2003. He has served as a member of the Monopolies Commission in Cyprus, a member of Council of ICPA, Cyprus Representative of the World Assembly of ACCA. He was appointed as a Governor of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) from 1999 to 2003. In April 2003 he established his own business consulting firm acting as advisor/director to a number of public and private corporations.

Adonis Papadopoulos
Non-Executive Director for the Group
Adonis Papadopoulos is the Chairman of InterOrient Navigation Co. Ltd in Cyprus. Mr Papadopoulos is active in the Cypriot shipping industry since 1965. Mr Papadopoulos was the first President of the Cyprus Shipping Council, elected in 1989 and re-elected in 1993, and has played a leading role in shaping the current shipping policies of Cyprus.

Ted Kalborg
Founder
Ted graduated with an MBA from Harvard in 1977. After graduation he joined Brown and Root where he held several line management positions including assignment as General Manager of Wilbar in Norway- a j/v between Brown and Root and Wilhelm Wilhelmsen ASA. Ted founded the Tufton Group in 1985 and today serves as Chairman of Tufton Oceanic Limited and has several other directorships. Ted specialises in corporate reorganisations and equity investments, particularly in the offshore industry.

Erik A. Lind
Chief Executive Officer, Tufton Oceanic Limited
Erik graduated with an MBA from the University of Denver in 1979. He has more than 25 years experience from corporate banking, global shipping and specialised and structured asset financing. He has held senior or executive positions with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company, Oslobanken, I.M. Skaugen ASA and GATX Capital while working from New York, Oslo, Shanghai and London. He has been actively involved in corporate re-capitalisations, financial restructurings, acquisitions, and structured finance and joint venture investments. Erik has been the Chief Executive Officer of Tufton Oceanic since 2004. Erik is a member of the board of A.M. Nomikos, Maritime Capital Partners Limited and the Chairman of the Board of Double Hull Tankers Ltd; a NYSE listed tanker company.

OCEANIC EQUITY FUNDS

Cato Brahde
Managing Director, Tufton Oceanic (Isle of Man) Limited and Equity Funds Manager
Cato holds a BSc (Hons) in shipbuilding and naval architecture from Newcastle, he is an MRINA and holds an MSBA from Boston. He joined Tufton in 1989 where he is responsible for fund management. He also built up a 30 strong fleet of Offshore Standby Support vessels which was one of the group's private equity projects; the fleet and the associated management company was sold in 1996. Prior to joining Tufton, his career included service at sea as a naval officer and 11 years of offshore engineering and management experience with Brown & Root. Cato heads up the group's equity fund management activities comprising Oceanic Hedge Fund, Oceanic Energy Fund and Oceanic Small Cap Fund.

Jonas Andreasson
Vice President and Advisor to Oceanic Equity Funds
Jonas graduated with a MSc. MSc Shipping, Trade and Finance (City University Business School). He joined Tufton in 1995 and worked on equity and market analysis in the shipping and oil service sectors. Jonas specialises in the analysis of shipping and offshore markets for hedge funds.

Ron Beveridge
Senior Advisor
Ron has a degree in engineering from Imperial College, London. He has more than 35 years experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily in the offshore construction arena. The majority of his career was spent with the Halliburton/KBR group, more recently he was responsible for Subsea 7`s offshore operations in Brazil. In May 2007 he joined Tufton Oceanic as Senior Advisor to the Offshore Sector.

Bill Corry
Vice President - Oceanic Small Cap Fund
Bill has an MBA from IESE, Barcelona and a BSc in Economics from Bristol University. He started his financial career as an analyst with Goldman Sachs International and then subsequently moved into private equity with Tufton Capital. After his MBA, Bill worked for Centrica and NRG Energy on business development. From 2003, he managed an innovative environmental venture capital fund at Impax. In April 2007, Bill joined Tufton Oceanic to manage the deal flow for the Oceanic Small Cap Fund.

Bjorn Rise
Director Energy
Bjorn graduated with a MSc in Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in 1983. He has over 20 years experience in the energy and financial industries, including senior positions at Norsk Hydro, where his responsibilities included commercial analysis and evaluations of field and infrastructure developments in the North Sea. Prior to joining Tufton in September 2005, he was a global energy analyst for Tiger Management in New York, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken Investment Management and Mitsubishi Trust in London.

Andrew Stone
Senior Analyst - Utilities and Alternative Energy
Andrew graduated in Economics and Political Science from the University of Birmingham in 1985. He has fifteen years experience of covering the European Utilities sectors, working for Hoare Govett, Daiwa Securities and BNP-Paribas, where he was Head of Sector. In 2003 Andrew switched his focus to small-cap stocks and subsequently created a New Energy and Emissions sector for Numis Securities. Andrew joined Tufton Oceanic in June 2006 and is responsible for coverage of Utilities, Nuclear, Renewables, Biofuels, Carbon Credits and Fuel Cells.

Andreas Vergottis
Research Director
Andreas graduated with a PhD in Shipping Economics from City University Business School in 1989 and immediately joined Tufton Oceanic Ltd as a shipping analyst. He subsequently joined UBS Warburg as Head of Shipping Research in 1995 where in addition to regular research activities he was involved in numerous corporate transactions in the maritime sector. In 2002 Andreas rejoined Tufton Oceanic as research director with main responsibility for shipping analysis.

Sally Truscott Chapman
Investor Relations Manager, Middle Office Manager - Tufton Oceanic (Isle of Man) Limited
Sally joined Tufton in 2004, and manages Investors Relationships for both the Oceanic Hedge Fund and Oceanic Energy Fund, along with the associated middle office activities. Before joining Tufton Sally worked for Royal Bank of Scotland International as a Senior Relationship Manager for Corporate Clients of the Securities Services Group. Sally was also a Director of Royal Bank of Scotland Trust Company (Isle of Man). During the preceding seven years Sally managed the securities and banking functions for Coutts offshore.

Ken Watterson
Director and Chief Operating Officer - Tufton Oceanic (Isle of Man) Limited
Ken graduated with a Masters degree from the University of St Andrews. He studied Business Management at Strathclyde Graduate Business School and obtained a Masters degree in Compliance and Risk Management from London Guildhall University. Ken commenced his work in the finance sector with KPMG and has held senior operations management positions with Coutts & Co. and Close Brothers. Prior to joining Tufton, Ken was the director responsible for Close Brothers Offshore Risk and Compliance function and a member of their Executive Management Committee. He is a Member of the Securities Institute and Fellow of the Compliance Institute. Ken has Group responsibilities for risk and compliance.

Lucy Alexander
Equity Funds Marketing
Lucy graduated from Cambridge University in 1989. She has 18 years of experience in European financial markets. Lucy started her career at Lehman Brothers in European equity sales and subsequently worked at Merrill Lynch and Solomon Brothers in a similar capacity. In 2000 she joined Commerzbank Securities where she headed up the Italian equity sales desk and was co head of hedge fund sales. In 2004 she joined Hyde Park Investments raising capital for hedge funds and in 2004 co founded DNA Advisors, a hedge fund advisory and capital raising business. Lucy joined Tufton Oceanic in January 2007.

Michelle Tully
Equity Funds Marketing
Michelle has 17 years of experience in Global Financial Markets. She started her career at Morgan Stanley within the Private Wealth Management Group where she focused on managing assets for Ultra High Net Worth clients. Subsequently she worked at Merrill Lynch and CSFB in a similar capacity. In 2003 she joined Bear Stearns Investor Services again focusing on Ultra High Net Worth and Family office clients, raising capital for Bear Stearns Asset Management including single manager hedge funds, private equity and fund of funds. In 2005 she joined DNA Advisors, a hedge fund advisory and capital raising business before joining Tufton Oceanic in January 2007.

ASSET BACKED INVESTMENTS

Andrew Hampson
Andrew Hampson joined Bank of America in 1978 and after working in a number of operational and finance departments, he graduated through the bank's internal MBA level lending program. In 1986, he joined the bank's problem loan department and subsequently became a credit and marketing officer in their European shipping group through 1991. Following 10 years at Theisen Securities, where he further developed his corporate finance, marketing and analytical skills, he joined Tufton Oceanic in London. Andrew has in depth experience in handling shipping related projects with ECA's, Government Development Banks and also oil major tendering processes. Andrew has considerable experience in the Eastern European, Scandinavian and the Middle Eastern shipping markets. He is a Director of Tufton Oceanic Limited and is currently responsible for marketing and deal flow origination for Tufton's Asset Backed Investment products.

Jonathan Hill
Senior Executive Officer, Tufton Oceanic (Middle East) Limited
Jonathan graduated in Economic History from Sheffield University and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Accountant. In 1980 he joined the international quoted shipping group, Gotaas-Larsen, where he subsequently became Controller and worked on high yield bond and equity issues. In 1989 he joined Tufton Oceanic, initially as Finance Director, and then he worked on mezzanine ship finance projects. He is now responsible for developing fund management and ship leasing products and works closely with the Fund Management Team as well as maintaining responsibility for some corporate finance assignments. Jonathan is based in Dubai where Tufton Oceanic has a subsidiary company which is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority.

Niklas Koresaar
Vice President Business Development - Asset Backed Investments
Niklas graduated with an MSC from City University, London in 1998. He has previously worked for Den norske Bank, Astrolabe Investment and DVB Bank with debt and equity related products and fund management within shipping and offshore markets. In 2004 Niklas joined Tufton focusing on marketing and structuring transactions for Tufton’s Asset Backed Investments

Marcus Machin
Director - Tufton Oceanic (Middle East) Limited
A Law graduate of Cambridge University with senior shipping and project finance banking experience in London and Switzerland, latterly with Close Brothers Limited.

Based in Dubai for more than 12 years, initially as the Finance Director for a major regional participant in the oil services, ship-repair and fabrication and offshore vessel owning sectors, prior to establishing arabCapital in 2000. arabCapital is an active participant in ship finance and corporate advisory assignments in the Middle East region and has worked in association with Tufton Oceanic since its establishment in relation to marine and energy sector transactions.

Also a Director of Total Automation (Middle East) Limited, a specialist ship repair company ultimately owned by Wartsila Oy.

Torkell Vold
Vice President, Business Development - Asset Backed Investments
Torkell graduated with an MBA at SDA Boccioni in Milan in 2000. He gained over ten years experience in structured and specialised finance before joining Tufton in 2006. Torkell began his career at Elcon Finance in Oslo and was latterly a Director at GATX Capital in London and San Francisco, were he gained extensive experience in originating and executing big ticket cross-border leasing transactions, developing partnership structures and syndicating investments. His core responsibility within the Asset Backed Investments team is the origination of investments for Tufton's ship leasing fund.

Wendy John
Secretary/Administrator
Wendy joined Tufton in October 2002 and works as administrator attending to corporate service provision requirements of various clients maintaining statutory, due diligence, compliance records, as well as undertaking ship management duties.

Prior to joining Tufton, Wendy spent many years in Africa working as secretary within both private and listed companies including stockbrokers and investment holding companies, also for a number of years running her own successful retail business.

Janet Colquitt
Corporate Administrator - Marine Services (I.O.M.) Limited
Janet joined Tufton in 2002, and works as Corporate Administrator, maintaining all statutory requirements, together with required Financial Supervision Commission regulatory and compliance requirements.

Before joining Tufton Janet worked for over 25 years in the corporate industry having successfully run her own corporate administration business.

Mike Bennett
Group Financial Controller
Mike was involved in the Tufton financial function in the 1980's and 1990's after seventeen years with Brown and Root. He returned to Tufton Oceanic in November 2003 to manage the administration and accounting.

Constantine Kalauzi
Manager, Representative Office (Greece)
Constantine graduated with a BA (Honours) in Economics from Pennsylvania State University and completed an MBA in Corporate Financial Management from Pace University in New York. Constantine has ten years Wall Street experience most of which with Alex Brown in Geneva, Switzerland as Vice President Institutional Equity Sales. Constantine has experience in US capital markets (Investment Banking), developing new geographic markets for the institutional business and marketing to the Greek shipping community in Piraeus and London.

Mark Harris
Hong Kong
Mark graduated from University of Nottingham with a first class honours BA Economics degree and then qualified as a chartered accountant. After spending 10 years in investment banking, Mark joined the Pacific Basin Shipping group in 1994 as CFO, listing it on the Nasdaq National Market. After selling the Pacific Basin group in 1996, he became CFO of a London listed bio-tech company. In 2000 he became chief executive of a newly established Pacific Basin and following a significant period of growth, he listed that company on the Hong Kong stock exchange in 2004. He left Pacific Basin in 2006 and founded Maritime Capital Partners as a new shipping investment company.

Meei Wong
Hong Kong
Meei graduated from University of Manchester with a degree in Economics, Accounting and Finance. She gained three years of experience in equities research before she joined Pacific Basin Shipping Limited in 2003. She has over four years of experience in the shipping industry with involvement in project analysis, financial modeling and market research. She also headed up the Investor Relations department at Pacific Basin. She joined Maritime Capital Partners in October 2006.
